If you get an error message on a youtube video (ex. This video is no longer available) ,try re-loading the blog page and playing the video again, or click on “menu” on the video and paste the url link into your browser to watch the video on youtube. Thanks, and sorry for any inconvenience.

Also, sometimes an incomplete copy of a video can get stuck in your web cache and never fully download. In this case, rather than simply re-load the web page, it is best to close open windows, fully clear your browsers cache and re-open the blog page once your browsers cache has been emptied.
This can even happen when viewing a video directly on youtube (you’ll see the circular dots spinning for a long time without the video starting to play) – try emptying the cache, or opening the site with a different browser if you have multiple browsers on your computer.
Please email globalbuddies@yenza.org if you have any trouble watching videos or any other technical trouble. Thank you!
